We work with cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminium, solid wood, MDF, acrylic, tempered glass, and composite materials. Surface finishes include powder coating, electroplating, brushed metal, anodising, lacquer, and veneer. Custom RAL colours and brand-matched finishes are available.

Yes. We operate as both an OEM (manufacture to your supplied drawings) and ODM (design and manufacture) partner. Our in-house design team can work from sketches, CAD files, or reference samples. We produce prototypes before full production runs so you can approve quality and dimensions before committing to volume.

Yes. Our Custom Installations service covers full store fit-outs — from concept drawings through to fabrication, packaging, and delivery of every fixture component. We have completed projects for flagship stores, shop-in-shop environments, and multi-location retail rollouts across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Our standard MOQ is 50 units per SKU for most product types. For complex custom installations or large-format fixtures, MOQ may be lower. Prototype and sample orders are available before committing to a production run — contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Standard production lead times are 25–35 days for repeat or catalogue products and 35–45 days for new custom designs (after prototype approval). Lead times begin from receipt of confirmed purchase order and deposit. We can discuss expedited production for urgent requirements.

Yes. We strongly encourage sample orders before full production. Sample lead times are typically 7–14 days. Sample costs are charged at cost price and are credited back against your first production order above a minimum value.

Yes. Yingchuang Enterprises holds ISO 9001 certification, which we have maintained since 2015. Our quality management system covers the full production cycle — from incoming material inspection through in-process checks to final pre-shipment inspection.

We operate a dedicated quality-control laboratory on-site. Every production batch undergoes incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, surface finish inspection, load and durability testing where applicable, and a final pre-shipment inspection. Clients may also arrange third-party inspection visits.

Our fixtures are designed and tested to comply with relevant international standards including EN and ASTM load-bearing requirements. We can provide material safety data sheets, finish certifications, and test reports on request. Specific compliance requirements for your market can be discussed during the quotation stage.

We ship to more than 30 countries across Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia. Our logistics team handles export documentation, customs declarations, and can arrange sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and courier services depending on order size and urgency.

We typically quote on EXW (Ex Works), FOB Shenzhen, and CIF terms. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery on request. Our team will recommend the most cost-effective option based on your order volume and destination.

All fixtures are individually wrapped in foam or bubble wrap, packed in export-grade cartons, and palletised where appropriate. Fragile or high-value items receive additional wooden crate protection. We include assembly instructions and hardware packs inside each carton.
